It’s the backup camera. It does this magical bird’s eye view thing.
But wait, there’s more! If you have it in drive and hit the camera button, it does the same thing with the FRONT camera! It was super handy earlier this week when I had to park behind a truck with a big hitch.

Proof that normal cars are still years and years behind higher end cars. Interestingly, that looks really low res and the images aren’t even stitched together. Infiniti had a much better one 7-8 years ago.

That’s one thing that makes it hard for me to go between MBs - even ones that are several years ago, and newer mainstream cars. The resolution of the cameras is crazy different, clearer on a 2012 E than on many new cars.

Handy feature. Mine just has a basic cam, but darned if it isn't really helpful.

It’s better in person. You can’t have high expectations when you’re taking a camera pic of a screen in a car.

We were given a Rogue in Charlotte and it did this. I was duly impressed. There were a lot of other things I didn’t like about the car, but that was neat feature.
